Customer Advisor Specialist
Cleo brings to the team a sound knowledge of service delivery and how processes can be improved both for the benefit of the service users and the service provider. She has over 10 years of maintaining high levels of customer service in the correspondence of enquiries, using different communication channels.
She has over 15 years of teaching and training in the language field and in IT. All of her roles in Universities and private companies have seen her involved in managing various IT systems (ranging from Online Platforms to Computer Aided Management Systems) .
Over the course of her career, as a language coordinator first and then through her experience in IT and Estates, she has developed effective communicative skills which have resulted in building good working relationships with key contacts in order to support customer needs and the development of the various systems which she has directly managed and in part developed.
The use of judgment and detailed system knowledge has always been integral elements of her ability to translate staff system requirements and issues into appropriate technical solutions, always striving to use plain language, thereby making it accessible to all users.
